Welcome back to a new year in Year 3/4.

This week we have been studying the Grand Canyon in our class. We created our own canyon to investigate erosion. This showed us how the Grand Canyon was created. 

This week, Year 3/4 have been enjoying scooter training. All the children enjoyed taking part and learnt how to safely ride and stop their scooters. I'm sure they are all looking forward to trying out their new skills at home. 

This week, Year 3/4 have been studying the work of Thomas Gainsborough. The whole class has recreated one of his most famous works, Mr and Mrs Andrews, using a grid to divide the picture up into pieces.
