This week in Early Years we have welcomed some new friends into our school. 4 new children have joined us in Reception and 2 new children have joined our Nursery. They have settled in well and are beginning to enjoy making lots of new experiences.

We have spent a lot of time outside and making the most of the lovely weather. Outside we have been developing our gross motor skills through climbing, digging, dancing, using the bikes and being in the large sand pit.

All children have drawn a person as part of their fine motor initial assessment this week. We redo them every half term and it's a great way to see their progress over the year.

Next week we will be talking about our families, who lives in our house and what we celebrate.

Thank you for all your replies for Tapestry, please see Miss Jackson if you need help setting up your account.
