Reception have had a special delivery this week....chick eggs! We had 10 eggs delivered by a farmer on Tuesday 6th May. By Thursday, 9 chicks had hatched and we were getting worried about egg number 10. Luckily, on Friday the final chick hatched, phew! All the children have shown a great interest in the chicks, learning all about their life-cycle and doing lots tasks and challenges linked to chicks. We have all held a chick too, we are so lucky!
